The Shaw Centre


The 2017 Canadian Science Policy Conference will be held at the Shaw Centre. The former Ottawa Congress Centre was one of the most successful convention centres of its type in the country. The new Shaw Centre is now open on the site of the old Congress Centre, part of a major redevelopment that has almost tripled its hosting capacity—and offers superb meeting space, featuring state of the art technology and environmentally sensitive policies and approaches to conference hosting. Located in the heart of Ottawa a short walk from hotels, restaurants, parliament, the National Arts Centre and many other attractions, the Shaw Centre is an ideal venue for the CSPC 2017.
